Upon successful completion of the Core course the particpants will have been introduced to all aspects of fitness leadershipand have the pre-requisite base knowledge for enrollment in the following Specialist training programs:

| Assessment Procedures | A theory TEST is given on the last day of the course.A grade of 76% signifies a PASS grade. |
